At Jawharat Al Arab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Customized Jewelry – Only Exchange no Refund

All customized jewelry (including name pendants, initials, special sizes or designs) is only exchangeable and non-refundable. These pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Products Exchange Policy

Exchange are available under these conditions:

  • Request is made within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Exchange Order will be Process within 7–10 business days after inspection

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Photos or video evidence

  • Order number and contact details

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse

  • Exchange are not available for sale items.

  • Jawharat Al Arab reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the policy
